We want our customers to book our tours with confidence. We have a 100% full refund policy for any booking that is cancelled up to 72 hours before a scheduled tour or rental time, for any reason. You can also reschedule at no additional cost. No refunds are permitted within 72 hours of a tour or rental start time unless our optional Trip Protection Coverage was purchased. We encourage our customers to consider Trip Protection Coverage as we know "stuff" can happen while traveling. With Trip Protection Coverage you may cancel at any time, for any reason up to one hour before a schedule tour or rental time and receive a full refund (minus the cost of the Trip Protection Coverage and booking fees charged to us by third parties). You can also reschedule with Trip Protection Coverage. Trip Protection Coverage is optional and can be purchased at checkout.

We do not cancel tours due to light rain conditions. Our equipment is manufactured to operate in wet conditions. In the event of severe weather conditions, we will cancel the tour and issue full refunds. customers can also elect to reschedule.
