Discover Coeur d'Alene Tour

Join our Discover Coeur d'Alene Guided Tour and let your sense of adventure run wild you explore the city on your very own giant stuffed animal. With each trip, we embark on a lively journey through scenic routes, where you're in control atop one of our enchanting motorized Rydables. Not only are these whimsical rides filled with charm, but they are also very easy to operate. Each Rydable can accommodate two riders, so it's perfect for families with children. 

This tour is a fantastic way to get an overview of the beauty of Coeur d'Alene and its history. This approximately 2 hour narrated tour (including time for audio system and Rydables orientation) will take you along the beautiful Coeur d’Alene lakeshore with its picturesque homes and locals beaches. We will make our way through McEuen Park as we ride along the Centennial Trail to the Coeur d'Alene Resort, which has the country's longest free-floating wooden boardwalk, nearly a mile long. From there will then visit the 100 year old fully restored Carousel which was rescued from the Playland Pier that operated on the lake from 1942-1972. As we make our way back into the downtown area we will gallop by the Roosevelt School (1905), and the old Northern Pacific Railroad Depot. As we make our way back to our starting point we will visit the Dedication to Workers statues, the large Sun Dial, and the adventures of Mudgy and Millie. The entire tour will be narrated by our professional guides with audio headsets, so you don’t miss a thing.

Our guides will take photos and videos along the route, and you will be able to download them for FREE at the end of your tour. Your tour will include instructions on the safe operations of the Rydables. This 6 mile ride through downtown, the Parks, and the surrounding area will give you a great overview of the area. There are public restrooms available along the way and we will make a couple of stops to stretch our legs to take a break from riding. A bottle of water will be provided for each rider. The ride will last about an hour and thirty to forty minutes and will return to our starting point. Let’s make your next adventure unforgettable with Rydables! Please note, if two people are riding on a single Rydable, the driver must be at least 18 years old. Solo riders can be as young as 12. Two adults cannot ride together.
